Salary dependant on age and experience ranging from £25,000 – £35,000 PA.
5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays (closed for Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New years day).

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are also open to considering chefs who are starting out in the career. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, develop and contribute to the success of our establishment.
Candidates with supervisory experience and a solid understanding of food safety standards are highly desirable. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment where creativity, and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Work alongside all kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production
- To be willing to work across two kitchens onsite, one as part of a team and the other as the solo chef
- Manage food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
- For those with more experience – Help to oversee food inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations if required
- Monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary
Experience
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Supervising experience is highly advantageous, demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and presentation skills
- Strong background in food safety standards and regulations
- Experience in team management, including training and performance oversight
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service practices
- Previous involvement in food preparation, culinary innovation, and serving guests is preferred

Millets Farm Centre are looking for a passionate and reliable level 2 apprentice to join our catering team, working across two on-site kitchens that pride themselves on quality, seasonality, and sustainability.
Hours 7am-4pm OR 8am-6pm (dependant on which kitchen you are in). You must be able to commute here for a 7am start.
This is a full time position offering stable hours and the opportunity to work with fresh, home-grown produce straight from their estate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using home-grown and locally sourced ingredients
- Working across two unique kitchens on the site, supporting daily service and prep
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
- Contributing to menu ideas with fresh, seasonal produce
- Supporting kitchen organisation, stock control, and waste management
What They’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is desired but not essential, they are happy to train from scratch for someone who is keen to develop a career in kitchens.
- A full UK driving licence – essential due to early start times in a rural location.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for quality food
- Knowledge of or interest in seasonal cooking and home-grown produce.
Front of House – Weekend Team Member
Saturdays OR Sundays | Between 9:00am – 6:00pm
Pay: £8.00 – £12.71 per hour (based on age)
Permanent Position Only – No Seasonal Applications
We’re looking for friendly and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our restaurant team to assist with our catering pods and daily runnings in our restaurant. This is a permanent weekend position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a lively and welcoming environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving food and drinks to customers
- Assisting in the catering pod during peak seasons, selling ice creams, donuts and hot hold items
- Clearing tables and keeping the dining area clean and presentable
- Operating the till and handling payments via cash and card
- Preparing and serving coffee using a barista-style machine
- Supporting the team in delivering great customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience necessary, but is desirable – full training will be provided
- Must have completed GCSEs
- Confident, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Some barista experience would be a bonus, but not essential
- Must be able to easily commute to the location and willing to pick up additional hours during half terms

The Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant, at Millets Farm, is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant team at the weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant’s menu standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and cooking stations.

Sprouts Playbarn
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Leisure Assistants to join our team on a 4-5 month fixed-term contract starting asap. This role will be based at our Wild Wheels Track, an outdoor dirt track attraction where visitors ride electric vehicles in a fun and supervised environment as well as our Golf Kiosk.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a lively outdoor setting and providing excellent customer experiences.
Contract
- Zero-hour contract
- Fixed term: 4-5 months
- Must be flexible to work peak and off-peak shifts
- Shifts will include weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal periods
- Additional hours available in our Soft Play Centre (possible)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising customers using the Wild Wheels buggy track
- Delivering clear safety briefings and instructions
- Monitoring the track to ensure safe and responsible use of equipment
- Assisting customers with admissions and general enquiries
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised track environment
- Supporting with general operational duties across the attraction
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Must be 18+ due to equipment use and safety responsibilities
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or leisure is required
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible and reliable with good teamwork skills
