Farm Shop

37.5 hours per week

Mondays 8:00am – 16:00pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Deli Supervisor to lead our busy deli counter and ensure our customers receive outstanding service and high-quality food every time.

About the Role

As our Deli Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the deli counter, including preparing and serving fresh produce, maintaining displays, and ensuring high hygiene standards. You’ll also be responsible for guiding and motivating the deli team to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising the deli team and daily operations
  • Serving customers, slicing cheeses, and preparing deli items

Bakery Kitchen Assistants (2 Positions Available)
Part-Time – Permanent

We’re looking for two enthusiastic Bakery Kitchen Assistants to join our friendly team, helping us create freshly baked goods for our customers. If you have a passion for baking and can commit to early morning starts, we’d love to hear from you.

Position 1 – 21.5 hours per week

  • Mondays: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Fridays: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Sundays: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Position 2 – 20 hours per week

  • Tuesdays: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Thursdays: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Sundays: 7:00am – 12:00pm

(Overtime available to cover holidays and sickness on both positions)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with baking cakes, tray bakes and other products
  • Preparing ingredients and following our bespoke recipes accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Supporting with packaging and labelling baked goods
  • Helping with stock rotation and organisation
  • Assisting on the counter when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be able to easily commute for early morning starts
  • Experience as a cook or in a bakery environment is desirable but not essential – full training provided
  • Good timekeeping and reliability are essential
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant

Head Chef – Immediate Start Available

£38,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to take charge of our kitchen operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled leader who is passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking, using produce grown on-site.

This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, motivating, and managing the kitchen team

Leisure Supervisor – Soft Play Centre (Maternity Cover)
12-Month Contract

We are looking for an organised, confident, and hands-on Leisure Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy Soft Play Centre for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

About the Role

As Leisure Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our play barn runs smoothly and safely while delivering an excellent experience for all visitors. You’ll lead the team, manage daily operations, and be willing to get involved in all aspects of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily running of the soft play centre
  • Supervising and supporting staff to ensure high service standards
  • Assisting with admissions, parties, café service, and on the play frame when needed
  • Helping organise and run evening events
  • Maintaining safety standards and ensuring safeguarding policies are followed
  • Managing large groups of children in a busy, fun environment
  • Completing relevant paperwork and reports as required

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience is essential
  • Confident working with large numbers of children
