*booking tickets online will attract a £1 fee per transaction.
A £1 booking fee will be added to all online ticket transactions.
Why we charge a booking fee: The cost associated with offering online booking was something we had previously absorbed into our ticket prices but in recent times this has become significant. In addition, we have also recruited our lovely Morgan to be on hand to manage all the changes and queries that come alongside customers pre booking tickets. After a lot of discussion amongst our team, and after looking in depth at how other businesses are approaching this, we have decided to add a £1 booking fee per transaction rather than increasing ticket prices across the board. We hope this allows us to keep our tickets prices fair for the quality of the event we are offering and represents better value for those who book multiple tickets within one transaction.
Disabled visitors are entitled to one free essential companion ticket to many of our events. However, the guest with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price. We are unable to offer essential companion tickets to our very low capacity events/workshops. Please email us a copy of your Access card including the +1 symbol to bookings@milletsfarmcentre.com before you book your tickets online.
We will then send you a unique, single use, code to enter at the checkout that will discount one adult ticket to be free of charge. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a code if you cannot send a picture of your Access card which clearly shows the +1 symbol. Please allow 72 hours to receive your code, especially if you make your request at the weekend, when we are at our busiest.
Please click here to read our general site terms and conditions.
Individual events and attractions have their own additional terms and conditions, these can be found on their relevant website pages and at the point of booking tickets.
