Dahlia Beach

Dahlia Beach

For the second year running, Millets Farm are very excited to be collaborating with the Chelsea Award Winning, Andie McDowell.

From 20th August until the end of October, the beautiful 'Pick Your Own' Dahlia Farm will be open to the public 7 days a week from 10am - 5pm. Andie has planted over 4,000 dahlias and hundreds of different varieties surrounding her bright pink double decker bus. Take a look the Dahlia Beach instagram account www.instagram.com/dahliabeach for daily dahlia video updates!

This year the General Admission Ticket will give you access to the field for the entire day, to enjoy a picnic with friends or family amongst the flowers. There will also be a large undercover area for events, private group bookings and 'Masterclass Workshops.'

Due to their popularity, we advise booking tickets in advance and you can chose from either general admission for £5 per person (children under 13 go free) and £2 per flower, or our popular 2 hour Pick Your Own Flower Experiences for £50.

The 'PYO' Flower Experience' will give you an introduction to growing and picking dahlias and guidance on how to curate the perfect bouquet. You'll then be given access to the field to pick your own bucket and we'll teach you how to arrange a rustic hand-tie.

Notes:
Please follow the signs to the Millets PYO car park. You'll pass the walk-in entrance to Dahlia Farm by the irrigation lake under the signed archway. Customers will need to pre-book admission to the Millets Pick Your Own fruit and sunflowers via the Millets website: https://milletsfarmcentre.com/shopping/pick-your-own.html. The entry to Millets PYO is separate and located by Sprouts play barn.
