Our in-house bakery team produce a range of delicious sweet treats and savoury delights
Our in-house bakery is a hive of activity from 3am every morning as our wonderful team of bakers fire up the ovens and get to work creating the many artisan breads, cakes and treats that are sold in our Farm Shop.
The Bread Team
Led by Sam, our bread team are the first to arrive here at Millets Farm Shop every day. Starting from 3am, they work through the night to hand craft a wide range of artisan loves. Their extensive range includes sourdough, lardy cake and the humble bread bap.
Homemade Cakes
From 7am our cake team head into the kitchens to join Sam and other bread bakers as they all get to work preparing the amazing cakes that we have on offer. From the freshly whipped cream that goes into our cream cakes, to the carefully iced round cakes and the biscuits hand decorated, each product is lovingly prepared from start to finish.
Birthday & Special Occasion Cakes
Our Bakery team create handmade birthday and special occasion cakes in a variety of different flavours. These are available to be pre-ordered online here.
