Baking with Mrs Bun the Baker - 'Straight from the Field'

Millets Farm are very excited to be working with Mrs Bun the Baker. This is the second in a series of Children's Cookery Classes being run throughout 2017. Each workshop will be themed; from Easter, to strawberries and berries, through to apples and pumpkins, and finishing the year with a Bonfire finale.
Mrs Bun the Baker will be making the most of the fresh produce grown on the farm, and children will get very hands on making some yummy delights.
On each date, we will run 2 workshops. The morning workshop aimed at younger children and the afternoon session for older children (age brackets stated below). Spaces are limited and pre-booking is essential.
Every child needs to be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the cookery class.
Saturday 3rd June. Strawberries straight from the fields!
Morning Menu: Head to our PYO fields to pick strawberries, then use the fruit to make smoothies, strawberry icecream and delicious cupcakes!
Afternoon Menu: After picking your strawberries, make smoothies, strawberry icecream and a strawberry gateaux!
Morning workshop is suitable for 2-5 years.
Afternoon workshop is aimed at 6+ years.
Morning Session is 10am-12 noon
Afternoon Session is 1pm-4pm
Morning -£22 per child (includes 1 accompanying adult). Drinks available.
Afternoon -£40 per child (includes 1 accompanying adult). Includes a break for afternoon tea and cake.
Located in the Lakeview Suite, above the Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant via the stairs in the foyer (opposite the exit to the Farm Shop-Lift available).
